SHIPPING 

1. We have a £1.50 flat rate postage charge per order
2. We aim to dispatch all in stock products within 24 hours of receiving your order during normal working days.
3. 1.00pm is the daily cut off for any given working day.
4. Saturday, Sunday and UK bank holidays are not counted as working days.
5. Postage of our items is via Royal Mail and from within the UK. Items may also be sent via other couriers at our discretion.
6. Orders are dispatched via UK standard delivery; we reserve the right to upgrade your delivery to a faster or tracked service when we deem it appropriate.
7. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot and do not guarantee delivery dates. Royal mail aim to deliver Standard deliveries within 2-3 Working days.
8. Please be aware that postage will not be refunded for items that do not arrive if the customer has given an incorrect delivery address; omitted details such as security access required; the customer’s goods were not picked up from the local sorting office or similar location; and for refunds requested once the products have already left Dice and Duel requiring them to be returned for the refund.
9. If items need to be resent due to an inaccurate delivery address details or omitted details (e.g., door entry code required) then the customer will need to pay for the postage once again before it will be resent.
10. Claims for lost items cannot be made for at least 10 working days from confirmation of posting.
