Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first and have your return approved by us. Any returns sent to us without pre-approval will be at risk of being rejected. Please email [email protected] to have your return approved.

Once approved all goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days have passed, we will be unable to accept your return, unless the item has a manufacturing fault. In all cases your item must in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery (if approved by us)

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving your order. If these conditions are met, we will replace the item on a like for like basis, if a replacement is not available then a refund will be issued.

Cancellations / Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns process as outlined above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or it has been otherwise agreed with the returns department that you will not pay shipping.

If you are shipping an item, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and no refunds/exchanges will be given for items that do not reach us.
