Terms and Conditions
- This Promotion is only open to legal residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 16 or over, excluding employees of Dice and Duel, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
- Promotion Period: Monthly draw entries run between 00.01 on 1st day of the month and 23.59 on the last day of the month.
- Purchase is necessary and internet access is also required.
- To Enter:
- Simply make a purchase on www.diceandduel.co.uk over £10.
- You will then automatically be entered into the monthly prize draw
- Every £10 spent will give the entrant one entry into the relevant prize draw.
- Multiple online gifts and draw prizes can be won, per person, during the Promotion Period.
- All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. No liability is accepted for late entries, or website interruptions.
- £20 Dice and Duel voucher:
a. This voucher is only redeemable against any goods or services at www.diceandduel.co.uk as full or part payment.
b. No change, vouchers or refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the voucher may be applied to future purchases.
c. Please treat this voucher as if it were cash, as the balance cannot be returned to you if lost, stolen or damaged.
d. This voucher is not redeemable for cash.
e. This voucher will expire after 24 months of consecutive non –use and the balance deducted.
f. This voucher is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
g. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
h. Dice and Duel reserves the right to amend the voucher terms and conditions or discontinue the voucher at any time. Notification of any changes will be displayed on www.diceandduel.co.uk.
9. The Prizes are non-transferable, are not exchangeable and have no cash value. No alternatives, in whole or in part, can be offered.
10. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of Vouchers, via email, from the date of redemption (unless otherwise stated).
11. Winner Selection:
All valid entries received during each month of the Promotional Period will be entered into a monthly prize draw to be conducted via a random computerised process within 5 working days of the end of each month. Please note losing entries will not be rolled over into the next monthly prize draw.
Winner Notification:
Monthly Prize Draw: Winners will be contacted via email to the address provided upon purchase within 5 working days of the relevant draw, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. In the event that a winner is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to allocate the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
13. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize or Gift award will be void.
14. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
15. Dice and Duel will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.
16. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
17. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
18. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winner is under no obligation to participate and may decline this request.
19. If you are a winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
20. The names and counties of the Prize Draw winners will be available on www.diceandduel.co.uk
21. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
22. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
23. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions.
24. The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
